I will write about my experience since I took up the English course this year at Universidad de Chile. I believe that a college english course for all careers is very important for the student´s development in different areas. Today´s professional world is highly competitive and it is always good to have knowledge about a second language, these will help us to expand our cultural field and our working surroundings.
In this essay I will try to express the strengths given by the English Language.
During the first semester of pre-intermediate course, I realized how important is to keep using a language, because I noticed that my skills were getting lost and through time is much harder to start over. According to my personal experience, after leaving school I spent a year without taking English classes, which showed me that my personal skills had decreased, nevertheless when I took the exam for the English program, I was surprised to be at level 3.
The experience I had at pre-intermediate level was a bit disappointing; I think the class schedule was not appropriate besides that the English classes were monotonous, and the students were not really interested in the class.
Unlike pre-intermediate level, intermediate level I took this semester proved to be much better. To have a different teacher at class was one of the reasons of the improvement, at least for me, classes were more fun and understandable, communication between students improved and there was no longer tension. Professor Lourdes Barria made a much structured class and created a mutual interest about learning from each other.
As a conclusion I can say that all fears that were at the beginning disappeared as the classes continue. The experience I had gave me the strengths to do a better final test and will renew my relationship with English language from now on.
Now as an introspective sight, I can say that in my campus, English is undervalued because we do not have enough supplies for the correct development of the class and I believe that professors and students as well should try to have a better interaction so classes could be more fun.
Universidad de Chile is giving us the chance to have good quality English classes and we should take it and make the best of it, because in the future, we may not have the opportunity to take up a free English course in such a well-known institution.

next elections..
the truth is that i dont talk much of this topics, the good thing is that i will not judged by anybody.....
the politics its a very complicated thing to me. I am in the habit of being very idealistic for my things, so talking about a particular candidate, i dont like anyone, because of it dont vote, im not enrrol and i dont know if i will do it.
the programs of the candidates, to me are words in the wind, i think is a mockery that they do with the people,overcoat to the most humble people who beliefs in all the rubbish that they promise. all the performances that they prepare, kissing babies in the squares,Visiting the sick peolple, its just a show to gain votes.i have a political leftist ideology, i think in the people, because im from there, and i now how much cost the things, nobody gives me nothing for free, for that reason i think that one of the candidates is pathetic,and he is sebastian piñera.hi is a capitalist who promis to the people whom hi has stolen, benefits that were never coming. i didnt say that the others candidates are wonderful, they are a lie to, i dont belive in nobody, they dont convince me, they hasnt done nothing for the people who needs help, and they will not do it, theywill just continue filled pockets with money of someone else, which could be used in a valuable reasons. i dont think that i will participated in poltics in the future, there is too much corruption that like just one person could figth against all of them. maeby im exceed in my commentaries, but the instruction was wrote about the candidates and that`s what i did...:)

ahh well..i choose this piece of news because i love comic books, but the truth is that i`ve never heard about that comic.. but is good to know new things ...the scriptwriter and creater to the comic is very famous and i now a bit of his job.
talking about the piece of news, i could say that is a movie based on a comic book of marck millar, which his name is kick ass,which is opposite the most of the comics, for that is more like a comedy and not like a drama. the history its about a grup of teenagers that they want to be superheroes, but they dont have any supernatural power.They want to fight against the crime at any expense . the movie doesnt go out even, its just the trailer on the web.. for that i cant say much about it... but i know that it has a very good cast.
the author of this comic, Mark Millar, has a lot of known jobs like wolverine, x- men, superman, etc. has passed for the stamps more important in the industry of the comic like is DC and Marvel (in my opinion DC is better :) ) ... but he is an artist of great renown in this area, managing this way took to the cinema one of his not so known comics using like a parody the most serious comics.

faculty.....
Well the truth is that I can say a lot of things about my faculty, most of them are bad….hahhahaha….but they are true. I think that in our faculty we have a lot of problems especially on structure, organization and disposition.
Talking about the classrooms they are a mess, they are so old that are falling to pieces, bathrooms are very bad too, but not for diary cleaning, it is just for the elemental resources missing to use it, like soap and toilet paper. The classrooms are full of spiders, bats and rats, because of the antique and the empty spaces filled with garbage, all because they are unused by students. Perhaps we should start to throw all the garbage away and able the classrooms that are useless. Also build new working areas to clear the classrooms of high traffic and then make easier to work to everybody. The speciality classrooms are very small and there are many students who wait their turn to be able to work, with this everybody gets stressed and late, this definitely must not happen.
Respect to the organization and disposition of workers and students I think that they should create a nice and structured environment where students can know the information that they need on time and without paperwork. Respect also is fundamental between students and workersJ. Everything is possible to fix, we only need a few cooperation and sustention to make good things!!!

i would like to visit.....
The truth is that I have never been abroad, but i would love to visit greece.with my research it has all the most interesting qualities, in the historical aspect, the old cities ruins, landscapes, etc.
The things who catch my atention are the cultura and the old civilization, their beliefs, mithology like the olimpics gods, the monsters and the place`s legends.i like the idea that it is the democrasy`s cradle. Also the olimpics constructions like the delfos mount.
Another interesting topic about greece are the olimpic games, which are still hold every 4 years.
The greek weddings are very fun… i`ve never been in one but i know they are this way… when they break their plates to good luck and hapinness i think that its a crazy way to celebrate it. The traditional wedding dance is very fun too.
I would like to try their food too. What i`ve Heard its very tasty…especially in many of the islands of greece has. The truth is the i want to visit every place , i wold love to be there and feel like a real olimpic goddess…..hahahahaha

the news that i choose, is about a photographer who makes a study of the polaroid photos. we could say he talks about the magic who has that photos. it turn refers to his model, the person whom he takes the picture.
he says that the attitude of the model to pose, makes it look that doesn`t require much production, to take a good picture, to capture the moment, disposition only.
he talks about the difference that is created respect to the digital photos, which can be errased or modified, a polaroid photo captures a moment and let it embodied.....maybe you can capture intermediate moments, in which one are not posing for the photo.
about he regrets, is that we dont use it very often, also argues, is that is not used for meaningful purposes. He loves the format, but he feels it is a waste, the lack of importance to it.
basically, i didint choose just something in my special field, but i interested in photography and i also work with it often.
